Supporting Veterans on Their Journey to Recovery

The programme combines individual psychological consultations with group sessions and a range of recovery practices. One of the first experiences for the new group was equine-assisted therapy, where interaction with horses helps participants focus on movement, contact, coordination and their own feelings.

Supporting Veterans on Their Journey to Recovery

The programme also includes canistherapy, VR therapy, art therapy, clay work and an introduction to Kintsugi philosophy — different approaches that complement professional psychological support and allow each participant to discover what works best for them.

For us at The Eneida Foundation, it is particularly important that veterans leave the programme not only with new experiences, but also with practical tools they can continue to use in their everyday lives.

‍

Supporting Ukraine also means supporting those who have defended it — not only during their service, but on the journey that follows.

‍

We are grateful to our partners and to the specialists working with the participants every day. 💙💛
