Educational project for future leaders:
the second stage of the Individual Leader Trajectory programme is over
Thanks to the support of the Aeneid Charitable Foundation, 72 teenagers affected by the war, have gone through self-discovery, career planning and personal development.

The Kyiv Mohyla School of Professional and Continuing Education has completed the second cycle of the Individual Leader Trajectory educational programme, which the Aeneid Charitable Foundation was happy to support.
This project was created for high school students affected by the war and was aimed at supporting their professional and personal growth.
The programme brought together 72 high school students from different parts of the country - Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia and Chernihiv regions. For six months, together with mentors and tutors, they studied NMST subjects, conducted SWOT analyses, participated in trainings, modelled future career scenarios and discovered their own potential.
Special attention was paid to developing the skills needed in the 21st century - leadership, critical thinking, teamwork and responsible decision-making.

The programme participants emphasise that this experience has taught them self-confidence and helped them understand their own role in rebuilding and promoting Ukraine in the world.
We are infinitely grateful to each donor who made this project possible!
