To date, Brightseeds has secured £2.38 million worth of fully funded summer school places for 879 Ukrainian students affected by the war. Together with its TOGETHER project, which connects Ukrainian schools with British schools, the organisation has reached over 1,000 Ukrainian schoolchildren. Behind this impact is a founding team with over 70 years of combined experience in global education.
Among them are Valeria and Tetyana Samborska, who have been helping Ukrainians access British education since 1997 through their Business Link Educational Agency, long before Brightseeds was established.
At The ENEIDA Foundation, we are proud to support Brightseeds and the people behind its mission — helping Ukrainian children gain access to education, build confidence and imagine a future beyond war.Because investing in education today means investing in Ukraine’s tomorrow. 💙💛
